Social self-care | 10 Things to do

I have found that taking care of relationships and friendships have been proven to be quite difficult for most people, even me. Work, school, obligations and everything in between gets in the way. Many friendships ruined because of it. I truly believe when you have lots of interaction with friends and family can better your mood and up lift your life. Taking care of the people around you, essentially is taking care of yourself. It’s nice to have someone to share thoughts and feelings with as well as laughter and joy. Here are a few ideas and things you can do in order to maintain good relationships with the people around you.
